As the long Michigan summer days gently wind down, grab your best friend or partner and step onto the mat for a night of connection, laughter, and pure relaxation.

Our "Mitten Sunset" Yoga Social is the ultimate late-summer date night with your favorite person.

We will dim the studio lights, turn up the warm amber glow, and guide you and your friend through a playful, interactive 60-minute partner sequence. 

Designed for all experience levels, this class focuses on mutual support, lighthearted teamwork, and synchronized breathwork.

After we seal our practice, the night continues in our sunset lounge! Sip on chilled hibiscus rose mocktails & Michigan cherry spritzers, snap a keepsake memory at our Polaroid Station, and soak in the vibrant, carefree energy of a perfect Mitten State evening.

• Comfortable, movement-friendly clothing that helps you feel confident 
• Mats and props are provided (bring your own mat if you want)
• Water & allergen-friendly refreshments are provided (please let us know if you have dietary needs & we will happily accommodate)
