This playful, heart-centered class invites children and their caregivers to move, breathe, and connect together. Through simple yoga poses, partner stretches, storytelling, music, and mindful games, families explore balance, strength, and relaxation in a fun and supportive environment. No yoga experience needed—just come as you are. This class encourages bonding, laughter, emotional awareness, and calm moments that families can carry home with them. Perfect for kids ages 5+ and the adults who love them.

More Information:

• Create Mindbody accounts for each child and attach them to an adult account
• Each child must have a ticket/No tickets necessary for grown-ups
• $5 for a Single Pass or 5 Classes for $20
• Book your class once you purchase the class pass or package so we know to expect you!
• Each child must come with a responsible grown-up and have a liability waiver on file.
